This is the Hell Tiki rat rod at the 2014 Effingham, IL Funfest VW car show. This was my favorite car at the show, other than mine of course.

An interior shot of the Hell Tiki car. Note the inclusion of some tiki torches, and what looks like some bamboo blinds cut to fit as carpet for the rear luggage area. Not bad. Plenty of other fine cars at the 2014 Effingham IL Funfest VW car show.
